Californian Hip Hop icon Snoop Dogg announces 2023 Australian tour

Snoop Dogg has announced new dates for his tour down under, including a performance at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 8th March 2023.

Adelaide Entertainment Centre has just announced potentially one of the biggest Australian tours in 2023. Presented by 19 Crimes, TEG Live & MJR, SNOOP DOGG is gracing Aussie shores to showcase his “I Wanna Thank Me” Tour.

Initially scheduled to visit in November 2022, Snoop Dogg has announced new dates for his tour down under, including a performance at the Adelaide Entertainment Centre on 8th March 2023. Tickets will be going on sale on Monday 19th December at 9am.

Snoop Dogg will also have performances at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre, Rod Laver Arena (VIC), Qudos Bank Arena (NSW), and the RAC Arena (Perth).

The 2023 tour will be Snoop Dogg’s first Australian visit since 2014, where he headlined Big Day Out. Now that stadium lights have turned back on following pandemic closures, West Coast rap legend can now finally tour is 17th album, “I Wanna Thank Me”, which was released in 2019.

The “I Wanna Thank Me” album was released alongside a documentary of the same name, reflecting on the 25-year career of Snoop Dogg. It’s undeniable that the artist has had a huge influence on the music industry, with chart-topping, multi-platinum recording hits.

The 51-year-old star made his debut in 1992 when he featured on Dr Dre’s debut single “Deep Cover”, and then on Dre’s debut album, The Chronic. Since then, Snoop Dogg has received 17 Grammy nominations, and received accolades at the American Music Awards, APRA Music Awards, AVN Awards, BET Awards, Billboard R&B/Hip-Hop Awards, and more.
