Adelaide based performing art studio, Star Academy, is officially back open for enrolment and has a free “come and try” session included for your child.

Is your child the next superstar in the making? We’ve found some good news for you; Star Academy is officially back open for enrolment and with a free “come and try” session included!

Star Academy is a family-owned performing arts studio located in the CBD. The Academy is headed by Creative Director, Jenna Maiolo and Academy Principal, Kristy Burns.

Star Academy aims to release your child’s inner star potential! They provide the best education in all facets of performing arts in a safe, professional and super fun environment.

From dance, musical theatre, acting to singing, and even acrobatics, there’s definitely something for your child to find their passion!

The academy is now accepting enrolments for children from age two and a half up to late teens.

Star Academy is perfect for children and teenagers looking to pursue a career in entertainment or to just have fun and get fit with friends. They welcome everyone from beginners to advanced performers.

Star academy offer many styles of dance including jazz, contemporary, ballet, tap and hip hop.

To enrol your child, simply contact Star Academy with an expression of interest (details at the end of this article).

From there, Star Academy will talk to you about your child’s age, interests and capabilities to fit them into the right class or program.

Once the team have assessed what’s best suited for your child, they will be welcomed to come along for a free trial. This is a great opportunity to see if they like the class before committing to anything.

After this, if your child would like to enrol in the class, the team can sign them up there and then.

As part of the enrolment package, they will then receive their star uniform; a fab leotard or t-shirt.

Star Academy hosts three dance studios, one drama studio and two singing studios.

All Star Studios are fully equipped with mirrors, wooden floors, high ceilings, superb sound facilities, ballet barres, microphones, laptops and personal lockers for all students.
