Fuzzy Touring and Apple Bar Almost Famous will be bringing Scottish DJ, producer and musician du jour Calvin Harris and upcoming DJ/producer Burns to Adelaide on Thursday, January 5 2012. Supported by local favourites Bollocks, Brad Lee, Uberjakd, Paul Marshman, Rundell, Corin, Leah Mencel, Matt Decker, Track Team and Sanchez, this will no doubt be a sell out event and a dynamite way to ring in the first week of the new year.

Calvin Harris has gone from stength to strength – from recording bedroom demos in his teens, to crafting some of the most memorable DIY electro-disco songs in recent years and now stamping his signature sound over the pop charts with high-profile collaborations including Rihanna, Kylie Minogue and Moloko's Róisín Murphy. With his cheeky schoolboy sense of humour and penchant for dynamic live sets, Harris is set to deliver big.

Joining Calvin Harris is 25 year old DJ and producer Matt Burns. Better known as Burns, he has recently signed to Sony’s Deconstruction label alongside Beth Ditto, Jack Beats and Axwell, with an already established set of club staples and remixes to his name.

Tickets on sale from Apple Bar at 12pm midday on Saturday, November 26.
First release tickets – $55
(No over the phone sales/ticket purchases, all purchases from Apple Bar venue only)
