Camp Quality’s Most Exclusive Fundraising Event Hits Adelaide For The First Time

The outstanding chefs from Penfolds Magill Estate, Hentley Farm, Shōbōsho and Detour in Brisbane, are coming together for this one-off event.

Gather your maddest, wittiest, most curious, and even curiouser friends to join our Camp Quality Ambassadors executive chef Scott Huggins and Off the Menu founder Matthew Butcher; along with chefs from across South Australia and the country, for their impossibly whimsical, crazily scrumptious array of eat me’s and drink me’s.

On Saturday June 29, chefs from across South Australia and the country will treat guests to a whimsical Alice in Wonderland themed dining experience in the cellars of Penfolds Magill Estate to give South Australian kids facing cancer the chance to be kids again.

Off the Menu is a unique and immersive dining experience, fast becoming Camp Quality’s most exclusive event nationally. Executive Chef of Penfolds Magill Estate, Scott Huggins and Off the Menu founder Matthew Butcher will lead the fundraiser, crafting magical eat me’s and drink me’s to raise much-needed funds for Camp Quality.

Camp Quality CEO, Kylea Tink is thrilled to be bringing the event to Adelaide.

“Many people assume Camp Quality receives significant funding from the Federal or State Government, but unfortunately this is not the case. We are largely supported by the donations of individuals in the community and our corporate partners” she says. “Events like Off the Menu are vital to help us be there for South Australian families facing a cancer diagnosis; in hospital, at home, at school and away from it all. We are very grateful to this amazing team of chefs for creating an event that will help change the cancer story for families.”

Guests will also be joined by a Camp Quality family who will share their emotional cancer story with attendees, reflecting on the positive role Camp Quality played in their tough cancer experience.

“Cancer changed our family, but it brought us together and made us stronger,” says Dad, Ian. “Camp Quality has given us the opportunity to do things we wouldn’t normally do. This includes meeting amazing families and sharing our experiences and rollercoaster ride.”

Off the Menu will support families like Ian’s, by helping fund on a range of services and programs that create positive memories to change the cancer experience.
