Friday 1 March
On offer will be over 100 stalls featuring artisan craft and fashion while showcasing the Flavours of Campbelltown Food Trail vendors. Live entertainment, a large playground, and free entry and parking ensures a fun filled event for all ages.
Visitors are encouraged to bring a picnic rug or chairs and settle down for a stunning sunset over the lake while enjoying quality authentic wine and local food products.
These Markets have attracted an average of 10,000 visitors per event and have subsequently been made a permanent fixture on Campbelltown Council’s event calendar. With the objective of promoting the Food Trail businesses, promoting Thorndon Park as a venue, and encouraging tourism to the region the Markets have managed to tick all the boxes. Attendance from all over metropolitan Adelaide and outer lying areas has shown that these markets are truly first class and are regarded as one of the largest Market offerings in South Australia. This has been supported by the market’s win at the National Parks and Leisure Australia Awards(events category) 2012!
These last two Markets for this season are sure to offer something for everyone with a range of new stalls and we hope to finish the year with a continued success story!
