The Coordinating Italian Committee is recognised for staging the Carnevale Italian Fun, Food and Fair Festival. It is one of the major festivals in Australia and one of the many festivals on the South Australian calendar. It contributes to the proud tradition of the Festival State and is an opportunity for the South Australian community to share its vibrant culture and traditions with the rest of the community.
The Carnevale VIP Fashion Parade was held in Jubilee Hall on February 13 and featured Finesse models, who strutted down the catwalk to the tunes of DJ Stubanga.
