Catlin Wine Co. has just opened a new suburban location and they’re eager to have you come by and try their extensive locally-sourced selection of premier wines.
Founded in 2013 by Darryl Catlin, Catlin Wines has established a strong reputation for unique, award-winning wines sourced from vineyards all through the Adelaide Hills. Growing up in the Barossa Valley, Darryl found an early passion and talent for winemaking.
After spending over a decade with the well known Shaw and Smith, Darryl developed a thorough understanding of the Adelaide Hills, and the unique tastes on offer. Catlin Wine Co. emphasises wild ferments with minimal intervention, allowing for each wine to be a unique expression of what Australian vineyards are capable of.
This new location opened on the 29th of June last month, showcasing Catlin Wine Co. class with a wide dining space, warmly lit interior and the all-important classic, a large pool table. Experience what’s on offer by sampling their collection of tasting flights or enjoying wine by the glass or bottle. Takeaway is also available for those on the move.
Named as one of the Top Ten Best New Wineries in 2016, Catlin Wines are enjoyed across the country. The new location is open Sunday from 11:30am to 4:30pm.
