Cumbia Bar & Kitchen is serving up hot food and drink specials in the Adelaide Central Market this weekend to celebrate Columbian Independence Day.

You can mark Columbian Independence Day in style this weekend, thanks to Cumbia Bar and Restaurant and the Adelaide Central Market.

Enjoy Columbian-inspired food and drink specials at Cumbia Bar Kitchen, like the Bandeja Paisa with Tinto (Colombian big breakfast with black coffee) or the Arroz Atollado con Sangría (South American paella with chicken and chorizo).

The festivities will also feature live music by Jorge Gualdron duo.

Officially celebrated on July 20, Columbian Independence Day is Colombia’s national day and marks the start of the movement to independence from Spain in 1810.

The Adelaide Central Market is open until 8pm tonight (Friday 17 July) and from 7am- 3pm tomorrow (Saturday 18 July).
