What to get dad? It’s a question that has confused families everywhere. It might be time to discard elementary plans for a tie or a new wallet and look into gift ideas that incorporate family time and experiences instead. After all, you’re bound to remember a happy moment over material gifts. We’ve sourced an event that incorporates Daddy and Daughter time at some favourite venues!
The Moseley Bar & Kitchen and The Gully Public House & Garden are hosting Daddy & Daughter Haircare Days in their respective venues. The duos will learn how to create four hairstyles from a talented hair stylist who has promised to cater for all types of hair, whether it be super curly or super straight. For the haircare challenged, no stress, we’ve been promised that they’ll start with two simple hairstyles and then move on to more intricate braids. You’ll also be provided with a handy pack of combs, clips and bands so you don’t have to worry about being unprepared.
There’ll also be sustenance in milkshakes for the kids and beer for dads. Lunch service starts again at 12pm at the Moseley and the Gully so you can treat your mini me’s to some grub.
If you’ve missed out on tickets, both the Moseley and the Gully will be hosting kids cooking classes in the school holidays to teach kids about healthy eating. Keep an eye out on their websites for more information on the upcoming events.
The events have been super popular with the Moseley selling out in the first weekend it was announced, the Gully still has spots left so if you’re undecided on what to get Dad on September 2nd then it might be worth considering the Daddy & Daughter Haircare day.
