And now Head Chef Gianni Delogu and his team invite you to an afternoon of French fanfare with the Mode Locale Long Lunch.
Taking place on the 9th floor bistro overlooking the city, the inaugural event will showcase French champagne and fabulous food all while celebrating Adelaide’s fashion scene with a luxury trunk show styled by Adelaide designer Stephanie Chehade.
The Adelaide designer has made a name for herself in Adelaide’s fashion scene not just for her clean-cut and timeless designs but also for her commitment to slow fashion and sustainability. All of Stephanie’s creations are made with natural fibres and leftover material to help combat the growing amount of textile waste sent to landfill by the fashion industry.
A glass of champagne will greet you on arrival alongside a selection of delectable canapes before you indulge in the main course of either poulet en croute or barramundi sidelined with charred broccolini and rounded out with nothing less than the finest selection of local and French cheeses.
