The Australia Day long-weekend kicks off at the Bay this Friday night with the ever-popular Glenelg Street Party, ahead of the Santos Tour Down Under Stage 5 race start from Colley Terrace, Glenelg on Saturday morning.
Their brand new event, the SpinCycle Music Festival, starts at 12 noon after the stage 5 race start, and is aimed at showcasing young and emerging musicians and performers.
On Sunday 26 January, they celebrate Australia Day with a community barbecue at 7.30am, followed by the official citizenship and community awards ceremony at 9am.
