Stirling favourite Miss Perez Kitchen & Bar are inviting guests to celebrate a classic cocktail favourite, the Mojito, for the second year of their popular World Mojito Day event on July 10.
Transporting you to a sunshine-drenched beach in Cuba, the venue will be serving up variations on the rum, sugar, lime juice, soda and mint cocktail throughout the day, with booking essential for those who don’t want to miss out.
From 12 – 9pm, mojito madness will be on offer throughout the venue, with four yet-to-be-revealed mojito specials created by the Miss Perez bartenders, setting customers back $16 per tipple.
Also available will be a mojito tasting board which will include a mini trio of white rum, aged rum and spiced rum, provided by the day’s sponsor, Bacardi.
Providing the chilled out vibes from 3 – 6 will be Adelaide performer Dusty Lee, returning for a second year at the popular event, with live acoustic covers of all your favourite hits.
The debut World Mojito Day celebration at Miss Perez was a huge hit last year, selling out the 100-capacity venue, and has already received a swell of interest for the return of World Mojito Day next week.
Boasting crackling open fires, exposed brick walls and floor to ceiling windows, you can sip your expertly-created mojito whilst watching the world go by in leafy Stirling, with the venue serving food all day as well as a range of South Australian gin, beers and wines sourced from local producers.
The venue has been a firm favourite amongst Adelaide Hills dwellers since it opened seven years ago, and has been under new management since March 2020.
