Cellar Door Fest’s boutique July iteration, the Winter Edit, has unveiled another exciting feature.
Already showcasing a fantastic line-up of producers from across 14 SA regions, the Winter Edit has revolutionised Cellar Door Fest with its line-up of local SA musicians.
This week’s event will also feature a bespoke ‘Distillery District’, shining a spotlight on the State’s best boutique spirits producers. Among South Australian favourites that will be present: Prohibition Liquor Co, Ambra Liqueurs, Never Never Distilling Co, Seppeltsfield Road Distillers, Applewood Distillery, Chesterfield Whisky Firm and 36 Short. In addition to tastings, they’ll also be pouring a range of specially crafted cocktails.
Whether it’s Prohibition’s shiraz barrel aged gin, the Chesterfield Whisky Firm’s Sloe gin or espresso martinis, Never Never Distilling Co.’s Fancy Fruit Cup Mulled Wine or Mulled Cider or Ambra’s blood orange spritz, punters will be spoilt for choice with their bites’ liquid accompaniment.
In addition to this delicious range of cocktails, plus outstanding SA wines and beer, the event will also showcase a range of artisan food producers, including the likes of Spice Girlz Gourmet, Fleurieu Prime Alpaca, Matchett Productions, Big Sissy Foods, Red Cacao Chocolatier, Bracegirdles, Toast the Locals and The Gourmet Entertainer.
There’ll also be a range of comfort food favourites available for purchase including gourmet toasties, jaffles, baked potatoes and house-made curries!
Cellar Door Fest Winter Edit will be taking place in the Adelaide Convention Centre next week on the 19 and 20 July.
