Discover the joys of cheese with a Cheese Matters Masterclass at the Good Food and Wine Show in Adelaide on 8-10 October.
Hosted by experienced cheese educator, television presenter and food writer Naomi Crisante from the Cheese Matters team, these 45 minute sessions will show you the delectable world of cheese at its best. From fresh, soft white rind styles to vintage cheddar and bold blues, taste a variety of flavours with selected wines and accompaniments.
“Featuring premium cheese from King Island Dairy, Tasmanian Heritage, South Cape and Mil Lel, the Cheese Matters Masterclass is a very social tutored tasting where participants are encouraged to taste, explore, discuss and enjoy!” says Naomi.
“Discovering all the different styles, forms and flavours is part of the joy of cheese.”
