Australia’s favourite CheeseFest+FERMENT festival is back, as Gather & Graze, at a new temporary home with live cooking demonstrations, chef stalls, niche bars and delicious produce.

Gather & Graze will run from Saturday 7 November to Sunday 8 November at The Market Shed on Holland.

There will be live cooking demonstrations by some of the country’s leading producers and chefs, including Emma McCaskill, Karena Armstrong, Rose Adam, Paul Baker and some soon to be announced South Australian favourites.

Gather & Graze will showcase South Australia’s cheese and fermented foods, niche bars to enjoy wine, beer, gin and other fermented drinks and delicious produce.

CheeseFest+FERMENT Founder and Director, Kris Lloyd, said this year’s festival is special and different.

“We want to celebrate the food and beverage industries which are incredibly important to our State. It has been a turbulent time this year and we are all adjusting to our current circumstances.”

“Our smaller event will give food and wine producers, chefs and cheesemakers the opportunity to showcase their businesses and share their knowledge and expertise as well as giving our festival patrons the chance to Gather & Graze in a safe environment.”

Local producers announced so far include Udder Delights, Second Valley Dairy, Woodside Cheese Wrights, Brewed by Belinda, Red Cacao, Kangaroo Island Spirits, Coriole Vineyards, Scull Kombucha and My Grandma Ben with more to be revealed!

“We are encouraging everyone to get in early for tickets which will only available online, and there will be sessions with limited numbers until sold out so we can all be COVID safe for tracing and cleaning between sessions.”

“We can’t wait to release more details about this mouth-watering festival in coming weeks!” Ms Lloyd concluded.

Tickets for sessions are only available online until sold out, and can be purchased via the CheeseFest website this Friday.
