CheeseFest&FERMENT Festival Announces 2019 Masterclass Line-Up

CheeseFest&FERMENT festival masterclasses will be showcased in a relaxed and entertaining format, hosted by some of the finest names in the Australian wine industry.

Australia’s favourite CheeseFest&FERMENT Festival reveals its 2019 Wine Masterclass line-up over two days on Saturday 26 and Sunday 27 October at Rymill Park.

The Wine Masterclasses will travel the globe to the Great Wine Capitals of the World visiting Adelaide (Australia), Bordeaux (France), Napa Valley (California), Rheinhessen (Germany), Bilbao (Spain) and Verona (Italy)

The Masterclasses will be showcased in a relaxed and entertaining format, hosted by some of the finest names in the Australian wine industry. Attendees will be served unparalleled wine expertise and knowledge, alongside wine tastings which will be accompanied by a selection of cheeses and felino.

The two-day Masterclass program has been expertly curated by East End Cellars’ and offers something for every palate, which at $99.00 a ticket, with General Admission included, offers exceptional value.

Saturday 26 October Masterclass Program:

‘Sparkling Wines of the World’ will offer a taste of the fun and frivolous sparkling wines from across France, Italy, Spain and Australia.

Coast to Rhone’ will take you on a French journey from the coast to the hills, introducing you to the delicious wines of Languedoc, Provence, Rhone, and the Island of Corsica.

‘A Trip to Priorat, Garnatxa (Grenache) Capital of The World!’ allow yourself to be absorbed on this memorable road trip along the coast of Spain, exploring all of the Grenache that the world’s third largest wine-producing country has to offer.

‘Ciao Bella!’ transports you across the water to the Italian hills and valleys of their most noble wine state – Pidemont. From bubbles to Baralo, you will experience it all!

Sunday 27 October masterclass program:

‘Wines of Germany’ If you think Germany just makes a good Riesling, think again. You will discover more of Germany’s hidden wine secrets in this masterclass that will keep your full Achtung!

‘The World Tour’ provides a comprehensive tasting of wines from the new and old world, crossing Europe, Australia, the Americas, and more!

Leaving the best until last, ‘The Great Australian Wine Tour: A South Australian Expedition’ will explore all of the wine that our abundant state has to offer. You will be taken on a journey through the Adelaide Hills, Coonawarra, McLaren Vale and Barossa Valley, showcasing the wines that give South Australia the reputation as the best wine-producing state in Australia.

Masterclasses run for 90 minutes. Tickets are strictly limited and include General Admission to the CheeseFest&FERMENT Festival.
