Chianti bringing back their award-winning boozy Italian brunch

Brunch fiends, rejoice! Popular Italian restaurant Chianti is bring back their famous Sunday brunch, complete with bottomless bubbles, bellinis and mimosas.

Say buongiorno to brunch!

After popular demand, popular Hutt Street restaurant, Chianti, is bringing back their chef’s brunch, starting this Sunday. 

On the last Sunday of every month, you can enjoy a modern Italian feast with accompanying beverages. 

The set menu will be updated monthly and will include a selection of shared starters and a choice of hot breakfast. And never fear, they will be able to work around dietary requirements provided you notify them beforehand. 

To give you a sneak peak of what the menu could be like, their previous brunches included shared starters of fresh baked breads and pastries, Bellinis, Yarra Valley smoked salmon roe with crème fraîche, ‘Prosciutto e melone’, and honey panna cotta served with figs, granola. 

For the choice of mains, they have been known to serve tasty delights such as smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, capers, with an onion and parsley salad, a grilled minute steak served with fried duck egg, potato hash, gentleman’s relish, and avocado, heirloom tomato, whipped ricotta, poached eggs served on toast. 

Having stopped serving brunch due to COVID-19 limitations, the team at Chianti are excited to bring back this Adelaide favourite. 

Prior to the pandemic, Chianti traded breakfast, lunch and dinner every day and had become very well-regarded for its breakfast, having won Best Breakfast at the Restaurant and Catering SA and National awards multiple times.

This brunch will cost $55 for the food offerings, with the option of including bottomless bubbles, bellinis and mimosas for an additional $35. 

In addition, Chianti will have a special freshly squeezed juice, and their full beverage offering available, so there is bound to be something for everyone.
