The Adelaide Central Market’s Producer In Residence Stall is anticipating a very exciting producer.
Sprout Kitchen’s Chilli Crab Shack will be returning this October.
The Chilli Crab Shack is serving Spencer Gulf Blue Swimmer Crab cooked in a chilli tamarind sauce, served with egg noodles and Thai herbs.

To give you a rough idea on how well received the Chilli Crab Shack is, in 2018, the Chilli Crab Shack purchased all the crabs available from the seafood retailers at the Adelaide Central Market to deal with the demand.
