With the weather like it is outside right now (read: gloomy, wet, cold and miserable), how good would a steaming hot bowl of paella be?

Turns out this Wednesday is National Paella Day, and Lady Burra’s head chef Rosa Dantas is serving up her signature paella, made from her secret recipe, just for the occasion.

“I have been doing my paella for more than 30 years. The secret is not only the best and freshest seafood as well as good quality meats but the rice and the stock,” said Rosa.

“My stock recipe has been passed from generations until my mum passed it on to me. Thats what makes my paella so unique and tasty. The stock!”

Rosa’s paella will be available for both lunch and dinner on Wednesday March 27, and is $15 per serve. Available dine in or takeaway, 12pm – 2pm and 6pm – 9pm.

Lady Burra Brewhouse is at 4 Topham Mall, Adelaide.
