Chris Rock is coming to Adelaide on Wednesday 17 August – a part of the Australian-leg of his 2022 Ego Death World Tour.

Acclaimed Comedian Chris Rock’s first tour of five years kicks off this August, with Australian shows announced running from the 10-23rd.

The 5 city Australian leg of the tour will bring laughs across the country – from Sydney to Adelaide, Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The tour will also head to New Zealand and internationally.

The Grammy and Emmy award winning comedian is returning to Australia with his Ego Death World Tour – bringing the comedian’s newest material offering highly personal and ridiculously funny stories to audiences.

The well-loved comedian last visited Australia in 2017, with his stand up receiving overwhelmingly positive reviews.

Rock is regarded as one of our generations strongest comedic voices bringing laughs worldwide. The comedian has been bringing his jokes internationally for 3 decades and have enjoyed ongoing success in film and television productions.

Rock has participated in a number of emmy winning dramas and films including season 4 of FX’s Fargo, the latest Saw Franchise movie Spiral and his most recent stand up special with Netflix, ‘Total Blackout: The Tamborine Extended Cut’. The comedian also has a hit television series ‘Everybody Hates Chris’ which has been highlighted as one of the highest rated syndicated shows in the world.

The comedian has expanded his talents into literature, with the artist becoming a New York Times Best-selling author with his book ‘Rock This!’ – a look into race, relationships and politics.

Regardless to say, Chris Rock is a man of many talents, and continues to prove himself as one of Australia’s most beloved comedy acts.
