On the menu is turkey mousse and smoked turkey ham accompanied by various radish salad, followed by slow roasted Angus beef with roasted butternut pumpkin risotto served with citrus teriyaki sauce. For dessert, guests are treated to yuzu flavoured fondant au chocolat with mixed fruit and berry compot.
