CIBO Espresso will be expanding their South Australian footprint, confirming that they will be opening what will become their 16th store at 199 Hutt Street, a location that was formerly Citrus Restaurant.
CIBO Espresso Director Roberto Cardone said the company was thrilled to have secured the prominent site.
“Opening a store in Hutt St was something we have wanted to do for nearly ten years,” Roberto said.
“It is a fantastic location that is a fantastic fit with our brand and the building itself is beautiful. The huge outdoor area under the old verandah lends itself perfectly to the cafe lifestyle we’re so passionate about in Adelaide.”
Roberto said that as with CIBO Espresso Henley Square, the store fit out would be based on a new design approach that blends CIBO’s signature style with the characteristics of the existing building to create an individual personality.
It is anticipated that the store will be open by the end of 2010, coinciding with CIBO Espresso’s 10th Birthday celebrations in December.
