Colada Kiosk is hosting a pop-up vintage market this weekend

Colada Kiosk is bringing us a jam-packed day of coffees, cocktails and crepes alongside some epic eco-friendly vintage fashion.

Shopping the coolest retro threads has just gotten a whole lot easier with a vintage market popping up in the CBD this weekend.

This weekend, the iconic Colada Kiosk in Rymill Park has teamed up with Radicool Reptiles Nadia Couzner also known as @Snakegirl30 to bring us a jam-packed day of coffees, cocktails and crepes alongside some epic eco-friendly fashion.

From 10 am this Saturday, February 12th, Colada Kiosk will transform into a vintage market with homewares and books amongst the epic second-hand threads.

Radicool Reptiles Nadia Couzner will host the event alongside Colada Kiosk owner Tess.

“I used to have a vintage store called Nadia’s House of Serendipity in Glenelg,” said Nadia.

“Tess the owner of Colada and I  have been good mates for 20 years and we are both passionate about vintage clothing.”

Visitors are invited to peruse the vintage markets to find the perfect second-hand gem to slot into their closet, handpicked by Nadia herself and fellow vintage lover and Colada Kiosk owner, Tess.

“There will be racks and racks of gorgeous vintage clothing and accessories. As well as different homewares and a little bit of artwork,” said Nadia.

The event will mark the last weekend Colada Kiosk will be open to the public before becoming one of the wonderful fringe venues.

Nadia said that Colada Kiosk has an exciting lineup of events planned throughout the Fringe season including the return of her cuddle for a cause program.

“During the Fringe, I will be having the reptiles at Colada Kiosk as well as doing the Vintage stuff,” said Nadia.

“I will be bringing the cuddle for a cause program to the Fringe.”

The Cuddle for a Cause program will let event-goers give an affectionate squeeze with Nadia’s beautiful python and have a cocktail or a coffee, with the funds associated directly helping the cost of Radicool Reptiles and her reptile rescue and rehabilitation program.

But no need to worry if the scaly friends spike your adrenalin – throughout Gluttony, the cafe will be offering plenty of other activities to enjoy.

The Vintage Market will run this weekend from 10 pm -2 pm at Colada Kiosk in Rymill Park.

Reptiles and additional vintage stalls will be held on selected dates throughout Gluttony.
