This year, The Collins Bar is mixing it up with a collaboration with Arts Project Australia, to tie in with the highly anticipated Fringe show, SOAP.
The collaboration showcases the best of the Fringe and Adelaide’s hottest location, The Collins Bar.
General Manager of the Hilton Adelaide, Peer Norsell said the partnership with Arts Project Australia perfectly represented what the Fringe and The Collins Bar is all about – new and exciting experiences.
“Mimicking the new Collins Bar cocktail menu, which features a quirky Bath cocktail, we provide art in a glass, and Arts Project Australia provides art in the form of entertainment and delight,” Mr Norsell said.
The exclusive ‘Rubber Ducky’ cocktail has been created with a mixture of rose petal vodka, house-made rose syrup, apple juice and lychee liqueur, served straight up with champagne and a lavender ‘bubble bath’ emulsion. This quirky cocktail, complete with a cute little yellow duck floating in the drink, will have you ready for SOAP.
Those visiting the Royal Croquet Club across the month are invited to come and experience the ‘Rubber Ducky’ cocktail to win a double pass to SOAP.
Mr Norsell said The Collins Bar was excited to share its cocktail menu with tourists, cocktail enthusiasts, performers and Fringe goers across the coming weeks.
“The Fringe is such a fantastic time of the year so The Collins Bar is really excited to be part of a collaboration with Arts Project Australia. We are right in the middle of the hustle and bustle, with Royal Croquet Club just across the road, so the partnership was perfect.”
