Colouring on wine bottles is our new favourite hobby

Drinking Angas and Bremer wine just got even more fun with a wine bottle label that you can design and “colour in the wines!”

South Australian winery Angas and Bremer has managed to make wine even more fun through its “Colour in the wines” campaign. All you need is some paint or pencils to design and draw on the label of SA wine.

The company, usually characterised by sleek black-and-white designs and social media, recently added colour to its socials with the campaign announcement.

“In the crazy year that was 2020, we decided it was time to bring a little colour not only into our monochrome labels, but into everyone’s lives,” they said on Instagram.

The company is encouraging customers to take photos of their fun designs and post with the hashtag #ColourInTheWines.

“Whether you colour, paint or draw on our labels, we would love for you to get creative.”

The wines come from SA’s Langhorne Creek, a region whose story Angas and Bremer says “remains untold, despite being one of the country’s most well regarded.” They see each bottle of wine––now made colourful by you––as the books holding the region’s stories.

The winery is offering 30% off when people apply the code COLOUR upon checkout. So what are you waiting for? Liven up your liquor cabinet with a colourful bottle!
