Rundle Mall is set to host the Colours of Asia Festival, presented by Asia Oasis, from March 21st to 23rd. The event will transform Rundle Mall into a vibrant hub of food, culture, and cuisine, mirroring the vivid atmospheres of Asian streets.
The festival will see the Gawler Place Intersection come alive with special offerings from 16 vendors representing a rich array of Asian gastronomy. Choose from sizzling satays and spicy curries, with each dish delicious and at a great price.
With a lineup of food offerings joining Rundle Mall’s $10 Cheap Eats, your meal will be sorted without breaking the bank. Grab five wings and a rice box from Little Ban Ban, or three sushi plates from Kyoto Sushi as a part of the festivities. Also for $10, enjoy a samosa, two pakoras, and a mango lassi from The Logical Indian. The deals don’t stop there, with Miss Zhou’s Dumplings, T Mood, and Soonta also joining the party.
Lively street performances will light up the mall, and glowing lanterns will illuminate the space. Expect a culturally diverse mix of acts including traditional dancers and live music. The festival is set to bring an authentic market ambience to Rundle Mall with Balinese huts lining the walkways and festive lights dotting the overheads.
On Saturday, March 22nd, and Sunday, March 23rd, the festival’s street market will showcase a selection of handcrafted goods for sale.
