Comedians Throw Their Support Around Youth Mental Health At Fringe

Get ready comdey fans, because some of the Fringe’s leading comedic and artistic talents are banding together for a once of extravganza to close out the Adelaide Fringe and raise money for the headspace Edinburgh North Centre.

Hosting a riotous afternoon, Matt Tarrant, Magician, Mentalist & castaway on Australian Survivor will be joined by a star-studded line-up including comedians Arj Barker, Nath Valvo, Ivan Aristeguieta, George Glass, Demi Lardner and Randy. As well as Magician, Kevin Quantum, Hypnotist, Isaac Lomman and Trumpageddon.

headspace is the National Youth Mental Health Foundation providing early intervention mental health services to 12-25 year olds, along with assistance in promoting young people’s wellbeing. This covers four core areas: mental health, physical health, work and study support and alcohol and other drug services.

“Supporting mental health is something very close to my heart and I can’t wait to come together with some of the Adelaide Fringe’s most loved acts to support this very worthy cause and to put some smiles on Adelaide’s faces,” said Matt Tarrant.

The once off show, ‘headspace Stand Up For Youth Mental Health’ will be held in The Fortuna Spiegeltent at The Garden of Unearthly Delights, Adelaide on Sunday 18th March, 2018 from 3.30-5 pm. Tickets are on sale now online here.
