Adelaide’s first cinnamon rollery and newest home-based sweet spot, CinnaBake, is gearing up for its official launch this weekend.
Passionate baker, Zulfenoz (Zulfy) Tojiboeva and her husband are the driving force behind this new venture that hopes to bring a touch of home to the dessert world. The couple hope to share their passion for baking with the wider community through a carefully curated menu of delicious cinnamon scrolls.
“Our passion for baking and sharing the joy of freshly baked cinnamon rolls with our community inspired us to start CinnaBake from our home,” Zulfy said.
“We aimed to bring people together through our love of sweet treats… We saw an opportunity to fill a gap in our community by offering a unique, home-based ‘bakery’ experience that combines traditional baking methods with modern flavors.
“Our goal is to become the go-to destination for sweet treats that bring people joy and make their days a little brighter.”
Despite not having a physical storefront, the owners are confident that this won’t detract from the ‘warm and inviting’ atmosphere they aim to convey through their brand.
The pair also hope to get out amongst the community every now and then with pop-ups at markets and other events in the near future.
In fact, in celebration of their official opening on the 22nd of June, they will be hosting their very first pop-up stall at the Al-Ansaar Community Centre for the Eid Al-Adha Festival.
Customers will be able to get a taste of the star of their menu, the ‘Classic Scroll,’ on the day as well as the chance to meet the passionate bakers behind the scrolls.
After months of perfecting their recipes and preparing for their launch, the owners are excited to share their hard work with the local community.
“Our menu is simple yet delicious, featuring our Classic Scroll, made with love and care in our home kitchen. We differentiate ourselves through our commitment to quality, community, and personalized service,” Zulfynoz said.
“Our home-based bakery allows us to offer flexible delivery, pickup, and catering options, making us the perfect choice for any celebration.
“Whether you’re ordering for yourself, a friend, or a special occasion, we want you to feel like you’re getting a little slice of happiness in every bite.”
For now, only the ‘Classic Scroll’ is available for purchase which is described as a special homemade dough rolled and coated with butter and cinnamon sugar, and iced with vanilla cream cheese.
Although only the ‘Classic Scroll’ is on offer, the couple are still refining other recipes and are excited to continue to add new flavours and items to their menu.
