Workout fanatics get ready, CycleBar Adelaide is set to open its doors this June to finally bring the popular workout classes to South Australian soil for the first time.

The famous workout classes have taken the world by storm since the first CycleBar opened in America in 2004 and the first Australian store opened two years ago. Their motivational classes have sold out months in advance all over the country and this new store is set to be just as popular.

“CycleBar is such a fun way to get a workout in, I always call it a ‘nightclub on a bike’ because that’s literally what it is!” said General Manager Ashleigh Ross.

“Our instructors go through a lot of training to give you the best workout in the most fun way possible, they dim the lights and pump their favourite music and before you know it 45 minutes have passed and you’ve burnt hundreds of calories without even realising it.”

CycleBar provides a space where you can come alive, live in the moment and experience world-class training in a fun, safe and supportive environment.

At all CycleBar locations, they are focused on providing a safe community where guests can come to find an escape and seek comfort in a supporting and encouraging environment.

Adelaide fitness gurus can expect to be joined by an experienced team of educators, coaches, DJs, motivators and all of your best friends for the ride of a lifetime in the brand-new studio.

Get your sweat on as the CycleBeats proprietary playlist database brings you pedal-turning, heart-pumping, mood-elevating fun every time you ride walk into the classrooms.

Adelaide will have access to a range of different classes to participate in, from connect classes aimed to transform the studio into a sanctuary by turning off the monitors and tuning into the beats or XPress classes that are interval-packed, rhythm-based rides to keep you working hard for the entire 30 minutes.

“People who are looking to visit this new location can not only look forward to a specialised cycling studio solely focused on indoor cycling and making working out fun,” Ashleigh explained.

“But they can also look forward to some great benefits like getting their first ride for free, and scoring a membership for 40% when we’re up and running.”
