Inspired by the sunny imagery and vibrant feel of Los Angeles, Diamond Burger in the newest eatery to hit the suburb of Glenunga and has come to shake things up.

The latest brainchild of the team behind the popular Brighton cafe, C.R.E.A.M and Remy’s Deep-Dish Pizza in the CBD, Diamond Burger will follow a similar suit to its brothers in that it will hold its own unique personality.

Head Chef, Joshua Rivers, says Diamond Burger will stand out among others offering not just mouth-watering, drippy, LA-style burgers but seafood and fried chicken as well. Taking over the old Barnacle Bill site on Port Rush Road, Diamond Burger is shaping up to be the areas go-to eatery in the new year.

“It’s just a three-minute drive from the popular suburb of Burnside so we’ll be your ultimate destination for breakfast through to dinner,” says Josh.

“We will also focus on thin patties with our burgers. We’ve put a lot of heart and soul into our food.

“We’ll also specialise in fried chicken and seafood, plus thick shakes. We’re a coastal town but we struggle to get good seafood here in Adelaide.”

The interior of Diamond Burger is set to be just as pleasing as the food.

“Our aesthetic is so unique, very trim, a wild fit out,” says Josh.

Josh says the name for his new business came about after a brief conversation with his wife.

“We were just throwing all sorts of names into the ring and Diamond Burger came up and it just sounded right,” he said.

In the new year, Diamond Burger will be open daily and can seat up to 45 people.

Take away options will be available.
