Munno Para Shopping City is set to undergo a massive redevelopment, including the construction of a new southern food and beverage precinct.
The development will include the addition of four highly popular stores: St Louis House of Fine Ice cream & Dessert, Munno Asian Grocers Kitchen & Bar, Kimura Sushi Train and a relocated Caffe’ Primo.
The southern end of the existing mall will be completely rebuilt and extended. First on the list is the refurbishment of the central food court.
All mall lighting, furniture seating and tiles will be replaced, including the removal of the internal columns.
To complete the revamp, the construction will also include a brand new logo, upgraded external signage and new landscaping.
Additions will also include new outdoor seating, a garden, a children’s play area, and upgraded toilets.
Munno Para Shopping City currently has over 110 stores and services including Foodland, Kmart, Coles, Rebel, Spotlight, Best & Less, Cheap as Chips, Harvey Norman, ALDI, Dan Murphy’s, Amart Furniture, Anaconda, Baby Bunting, The Reject Shop and many more.
Do you shop at Munno Para Shopping City? Don’t worry! All retailers are still open and trading as per usual. Whilst the works are being undertaken, there will be temporary access to the southern end of the mall near Q-tee Nails, and you’ll be redirected away from the work zones.
Much of the works will be completed outside of core trading hours to minimise any inconvenience to customers and retailers.
