You’ve probably heard about Jenny’s Bakery, either from one of their viral menu items like the
crookie or Dubai chocolate soft-serve, or from the bakery’s astounding word of mouth reputation. With two locations already, one each in Eastwood and Norwood, Jenny’s is expanding again, this time to Keswick.
The new location will be moving into 48 Everard Avenue, bringing its signature baked goods to a fully refitted former deli. The new venue is expected to open in coming months, with final touches currently underway.

The spot was formerly home to classic local deli Sylvia’s Deli Snack Bar which always whipped up a banging ham and cheese toastie on the cheap, before it closed its doors for good in recent years.
With Jenny’s taking over, the space is receiving a much-needed interior refurbishment, while the team is leaning into the classic charm of the unmistakable suburban deli-style facade. Inside, expect to see something a little different than the Norwood and Eastwood shops, with warm, cosy tones leading the way. The refit will feature deep timber tones, rich reds, and high-end design elements curated by interior designer Georgie Shepherd. Much like its sister spots, the Keswick location will be a mix of grab-and-go and dine in, with room for between 50 and 100 seats.

The team behind the bakery have been careful in selecting this location, and it’s taken almost two years to nail it. The Keswick shopfront sets this new Jenny’s location apart with plenty of room for office workers to fly past on their lunch break and minimal similar offerings in the immediate vicinity.
The menu is still under wraps for now, but we expect many of the more popular items will make their way to Keswick. Matcha, tiramisu, pistachio, Biscoff, we’re confident you’ll see all those flavours along with all the classic pies, croissants, cookies, and coffees that have kept them in the spotlight.
The new Jenny’s Bakery promises all the same quality pastries and buzzing atmosphere as its two current spots, but with an entirely different feel to the interior. We can’t wait to check it out!
