There’s a new fire sparking in Adelaide, with Hunter & Barrel is opening up pre-opening reservations and plans set in motion to swing open its doors soon. This new restaurant is bringing its signature coal-fired cooking and primal dining experience to the heart of the city.
Known across the country for redefining the traditional steakhouse, the brand promises a luxurious escape grounded in wood, fire and exceptional produce.
Set inside the former Fishbank site on the corner of North Terrace and King William Street, the venue has been reimagined to reflect the Hunter & Barrel ethos.
Think open flames, charred edges, and dishes that feel both rugged and refined. With a seating capacity for up to 134 guests and a private dining room for intimate gatherings, it’s designed for long lunches, date nights and everything in between.
The team at Hunter & Barrel believes in honouring simplicity in its desgn and menu. From the smoky scent of meat cooked over coals to the warmth of natural timber finishes, every detail is a nod to the elemental.
Their menu will celebrate the best cuts of meat and fresh, seasonal produce paired with earthy flavours and an impressive drinks list.
