Brunch By Day, Gnocchi By Night At This King William Road Restaurant

Hello Neighbour, Artusi by Night, has recently popped up on King William Road, and is calling itself, “your neighbourhood gnoccheria and brunch bar.”

In our humble opinion, a brunch destination that moonlights as a gnocchi bar is the stuff of dreams. Good dreams.

Helmed by the veteran team behind Stella restaurant at Henley Beach, Hello Neighbour, Artusi by Night, has recently popped up on King William Road.

The two-in-one concept offers an extensive brunch menu during the day as Hello Neighbour, and transforms into a specialty gnocchi bar in the evening, as Artusi by Night.

“King William Road needed a great new brunch place with inclusive hours and an exciting menu,” says Venue and Marketing Manager, Laura Edmunds.

“We felt it would’ve been a waste to leave this amazing spot empty at night, so we combined the two concepts to create ‘Hello Neighbour, Artusi by Night’.”

Both the daytime and evening menus were designed by Head Chef, Frankie Nardinocchi, who has previously worked at renowned local restaurants including Windy Point, Botanic Gardens Restaurant, and Stella.

Hello Neighbour’s brunch includes items such as chilli crab omelettes, calamari and eggs, portobello Benedict, and, of course, smashed avocado.

Edmunds says there is also be a dedicated brunch cocktail menu, with four different Bloody Marys to choose from.

In the evening, the venue becomes Artusi by Night, a dinner destination featuring gnocchi made on site in front of the customers.

“Our brunch menu is quite extensive so we wanted to keep Artusi as simple as possible,” says Edmunds.

“In the evening, we will be serving up squid ink gnocchi, pumpkin gnocchi, spinach gnocchi, vegan gnocchi, gluten free and stuffed gnocchis, with a widespread wine and cocktail list to compliment.”

Hello Neighbour, Artusi by Night is located at 150 King William Road.
