Seafood fans get excited, acclaimed Henley Beach seafood restaurant Secrets by the Sea has announced it will be opening a new Norwood location next month.
Secrets by the Sea was started by Henley Beach local, Robert Leopardi. Rob has described watching Henley Beach grow from a small suburb to the vibrant and thriving precinct we know today.
Rob describes himself as a passionate fisherman. His love for fishing and the sea has led him to fulfil his dream of opening a local seafood restaurant – something he proclaims is something the community needs.
In the move from the seaside to Norwood, the team needed to make a desperate name alteration. This new location has assumed the name “Secrets on the Parade,” named after their location on Norwood iconic Parade shopping and dining district.
Boasting over 50 cafes, restaurants and other specialty stores, Secrets by the Parade is a welcomed addition to the Parade family. Located minutes from the CBD, the Parade will be getting a piece of the seaside this May.
Rob assures us that customers should expect the same menu they have come to love at its Henley Beach location.
Secrets by the Sea is known for its exquisite locally sourced fresh seafood offerings. Indulge in SA Coffin Bay Oysters, whiting and barramundi.
The venue is known for its extravagant Seafood Platters. Its largest seafood platter serves two people and contains, a SA King George whiting, Moreton bay bugs, seared scallops, natural oysters, lobster tails, grilled prawn skewers served with Mediterranean salad and seasoned potatoes.
Not a fan of seafood, well no problem, Secrets by the Sea & Parade have you sorted. Enjoy the venues ‘from the grill’ selections: scotch fillet, chicken parmigiana, stuffed chicken breast with pumpkin, feta, arancini rice, spinach and roast capsicum, served with green vegetables and seasoned potatoes.
The venues also offer a mouth-watering selection of linguine pastas, including, marinara, blue swimmer crab, puttanesca and bolognese.
If you have a sweet tooth enjoy the venues extensive expertly curated house-made dessert menu. With selections such as the signature lemon curd tart, chocolate brownie, panna cotta and tiramisu, it can be hard to make a decision, luckily the venues offer a dessert shared platter so you can try a bit of everything.
It’s not a secret that Secrets of the Sea is also known for its impeccable service from the establishment’s incredible team of serving staff.
“Customers should expect the same incredible hospitality you get at Secrets by the Sea,” says Rob.
Perfect for date night or the whole family, Secrets by the Parade will be a versatile venue that will be slated to stun the Norwood parade.
