Shopaholics get excited! TK Maxx has announced it will be opening a new store at the Munno Para shopping centre. Shop a selection of big brand, designer and high-quality fashion apparel and homewares, for an incredible price.
The new TK location will be located near the Cheap as Chips and just may well become a staple in your weekly shopping trip.
The International organisation is a behemoth, with over 500 stores across seven countries. This will be TK Maxx’s fifth location in South Australia. Established locations in SA include Pasadena, Churchill, Harbour Town and West Lakes.
Described as an off-price retailer, for TK Maxx, value is a combination of brand, fashion, price, and quality. They sell fashion for the entire family, accessories, beauty, and home wares.
Where TK Maxx differs from traditional retailers, TK doesn’t offer promotions, sales or other gimmicks because it has low prices every single day.
The sacrifice for these low prices? A little bit of chaos. If you’ve ever been to a store you’ll know it can be a little overwhelming, with jam packed racks sorted by sizes, where you never know if there’s a single item from that brand, or many, so you’ll need to fine tune your rummaging skills.
TK Maxx is part of the TJX Companies Inc, which has over 4,300 establishments worldwide. Its global scope means it can source products from over 21,000 sellers and in over 100 countries, meaning TK delivers on great savings on a vast array of product from all over the world.
So how do they do it? When a store overbuys or a designer overproduces, TK swoops on in, negotiates the lowest possible price.
