$50M luxury apartment complex underway in Rose Park

Construction has begun on a $50 million luxury apartment development in Rose Park, bringing unparalleled living standards in one of Adelaide’s most sought-after suburbs.

Construction has officially kicked off on a new luxury apartment development in Rose Park, a project that is redefining high-end living in one of Adelaide’s most prestigious city-fringe suburbs. The $50 million development is anticipated to be a significant addition to the area, delivering a new standard of luxury to residential living.

Managing Director of Capital Prudential, Jarrad Haynes shared, “Capital Prudential is dedicated to creating high-quality real estate investment opportunities, and we are proud to see Rose Park progress into its next phase. This development is not just about luxury – it is about delivering enduring quality appropriate for its landmark location. We are proud to be partnering with a South Australian builder with a long history like Kennett, and we look forward to seeing this landmark project come to life.”

Kennett, a fourth-generation builder with a century of experience in premium residential and commercial projects across South Australia and Victoria, is leading the construction.

“Rose Park is an exceptional project that reflects Kennett’s commitment to quality craftsmanship and innovation. We are proud to bring to life a development of this calibre, delivering residences that combine timeless architecture with the highest construction standards. This is a rare opportunity to build something truly special in one of Adelaide’s most prestigious suburbs,” said Anthony Carbone from Kennett.

Designed by Loucas Zahos Architects, the boutique apartments are set to feature a blend of exceptional design, high-end finishes and expansive views. The development is scheduled for completion in the third quarter of 2026, aiming to cater to those looking to downsize without compromising on quality or location.

When it’s complete, Rose Park will feature sixteen luxury apartments. The available options include two and three-bedroom apartments, each with two secure parking spaces, and two four-bedroom penthouses, which feature three car parks and panoramic views.

Selling agent, Oliver Bowler from Ouwens Casserly Projects said, “The unique nature of these apartments is a big drawcard for those empty-nesters who’ve devoted their lives to raising their families and now want to treat themselves to a low-maintenance luxury lifestyle close to the CBD.”
