Chief Medical Officer Brendan Murphy today gave the Australian Federal Government the recommendation to cancel all public gatherings of more than 500 people amidst the Coronavirus pandemic, as a precautionary measure.

AFL Round 1: Adelaide Crows v Sydney Swans – The AFL has determined that Round One games will go ahead but without spectators in stadiums. Only players, coaches, essential club officials, umpires, AFL match day officials, essential broadcast teams, media and required venue staff will be admitted.
