South Australian family business, Ferguson Australia, has partnered with Costco Australia, to bring their popular local seafood delicacies to shelves across the country.
It’s just the latest strategic move for the popular seafood company, who has had to adapt to the significant challenges arising from COVID-19 shutdowns, Chinese trade bans and the crisis in Europe.
Ferguson Australia has worked tirelessly during this time to innovate across a range of products and markets and is delighted to announce that they have developed a new Australian Southern Rock
Lobster product.
As Australians have become more aware of the health and societal benefits associated with the consumption of our local Australian seafood so too has the demand increased.
The new partnership between the Ferguson family and Costco Australia, will offer a quality, local seafood delicacy to Costco Members – Ferguson Australia 520g Southern Rock Lobster Raw Halves (Twin Pack). Replacing the imported warmer water lobster tails on Costco shelves with Australian lobster is a win for Australian consumers.
Ferguson Australia 520g Southern Rock Lobster Halves are available Australia-wide in all Costco Warehouses from September 2022, at a RRP $59.99 each 520g Twin Pack.
