Winter Reds is just around the corner, so it’s time to rug up and head to the Adelaide Hills to celebrate all things wine with South Australian favourite Golding Wines.
On Saturday 24 July and Sunday 25 July from 10:00am to 6:00pm, the prestigious Golding Wines will be host to their very own Winter Reds event ‘Beat the Chills in the Hills’.
Set on Golding Wines own gorgeous property, you can expect to gather in the barn, or cosy up around one of their toasty braziers with a glass of red in hand, to celebrate the annual Adelaide Hills festival of wine.
Expect to warm your belly with rustic gourmet pies cooked to perfection, paired perfectly with wine from the esteemed winery, as well as hearty vegetable salads to fuel your day.
If you’re looking for something more to beat the wintry chills, Golding’s own house blend of Australian native mulled wine will also be on offer to heat you from the inside out.
Saturday will see a DJ on site throughout the event to keep the beats pumping, and Sunday will see live music to deliver a more relaxed and chilled vibe throughout the day.
If the wintry hills event isn’t enough to satisfy your wine loving itch, you can also book in for a wine flight with Golding Wines. The flights include wine and cheese pairings each day at either 10:00am or 11:30am, and are a hosted experience that showcases Section 28 cheeses, alongside five of Golding’s finest wines.
So, rug up and rally your friends and family, head to the hills, and enjoy a cosy day out with good food and even better wine.
The event will see a $10 Regional Entry Fee to all adults if Golding Wine are your first venue, and includes a take home glass.
