Covid update: 24 new cases reported in SA

SA Health has announced 24 new cases of COVID-19 in SA today.

There have been 24 new cases of COVID-19 reported today, with 1,081 cases reported in South Australia to date.

Today’s cases are five children under the age of 18, nine men aged between 19 and 45, ten women aged between 20 and 74.

Of these, seven acquired their infection interstate, one acquired their infection overseas, nine acquired their infections in South Australia and are known contacts of a positive case, four acquired their infections in South Australia with the source of their infection currently under investigation, and three cases acquired their infections in Australia with source investigations ongoing.

A man in his 30s and a man in his 60s are in the Royal Adelaide Hospital in a stable condition. The below close contact exposure location has been updated to reflect indoor patrons only.
