A juicy local wine list, a delicious array of food, stunning interior, groovy tunes, and five o’clock knock offs on a Friday… it’s a winning combination for Crack Kitchen’s latest summer session, Crack On.
After over four years of morning trade, Crack is keeping the doors open a little longer for their brand new Friday night experience.
Knock off this summer and the weekends throughout with Crack. From 5pm every Friday you can expect local wines paired with epic charcuterie boards to help you celebrate the end of the working week.
The Crack crew will be serving a brand new, locally sourced wine list, that includes the likes of Gentlefolk, Murdoch Hill and Rieslingfreak.
Crack has partnered with local producers and will have a rotating seasonal wine list. The crucial part of the evening, Crack is proud to be showcasing the best of SA wineries.
“There is so much incredible wine coming out of SA and right now it’s so important to be supporting our neighbours and luckily for us, it’s all bloody tasty,” says Crack FOH manager Bradley.
Alongside the juiciest wine list on Franklin Street, the Crack Kitchen head chef, Josh Rawling, has curated the perfect summer evening menu.
“As Michael Broadbent once said, drinking good wine with good food in good company is one of life’s most civilised pleasures, and that’s exactly what we’re trying to do at Crack,” says Josh.
Freshly carved cured meats, a selection of cheeses, seasonal fruit, salmon tartar, duck, grilled broccoli… the list goes on.
Similarly, the snack menu will be changing as the wines change to bring you the best pairing of flavours possible.
We’ll see you there.
Crack Kitchen’s Crack On sessions are happening every Friday night, 5pm ’til 9pm.
