Creamistry has seen customers flock since recently opening on Henley Beach Road. The cafe and dessert bar is serving up a variety of brunch items, liquid nitrogen ice-cream, and now, “Sizzlers”.

A “Sizzler” is a open-roasted, grilled or shallow fried piece of meat, chicken, fish or vegetable patty, served with french fries, shredded cabbage, tomatoes, carrots, and French beans, served on a metal or stone hot plate, kept on a wooden base.

The Creamistry crew have termed it a “Sizzler revolution”, boasting an entire menu dedicated to different versions of the dish.

“Sizzler” dishes on the current menu include The Parmi Sizzle with panko crumbed chicken breast, Napoli sauce, four cheese mix, buttered veggies, and chips, as well as Mac ‘N Cheese Croquettes with Mexican rice, corn chips, tossed veggies, and salsa.

Chef Samir from Creamistry tells us whilst the liquid nitrogen ice-cream is, of course, celebrated by the restaurant, the brunch and dinner offering is also extensive.

Creamistry seats between 60 and 80 guests for breakfast, brunch, and dinner, making it perhaps the ideal place to go with a large group.

In terms of the liquid nitrogen ice-cream, the Creamistry team tell us it is smooth, fresh, and can be made vegan.

The all-day dining menu includes a variety of dishes, such as a Superfood Granola with vanilla or pot set yoghurt, and a H&C French Toast Sandwich with ham and cheese, savoury French toast, cherry tomatoes, rocket, kimchi, and honey wasabi mayo.
