Crudo first burst onto the Adelaide eatery scene in 2015 with the opening of the Croydon cafe, and have been thriving ever since.

The cafe caters for all types of eaters, selling a tasty selection of protein based, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan salad bowls and dishes made using seasonal, local produce.

After the construction of the South Road underpass, Crudo decided to expand and opened a new location on North Terrace.

The modern cafe is in the heart of the city and has been a popular destination since its opening.

With the success of the city café, the business is expanding again to add a Pirie Street location to its collection.

The Pirie Street cafe will have a stunning light-filled stone interior, a takeaway deli-style atmosphere and a menu that replicates the favourites from their  North Terrace location.

This central location will make looking for lunch easier than before with a range of fresh juices, smoothies and breakfast and lunch options guaranteed to be tasty and healthy.

CBD locals can expect to see the doors open in November as customers will be able to enjoy their opening month promotions

“Our dishes are made using best seasonal produce from farmers and growers across South Australia and Australia”, owner, Dean Agostino states.

“Our salads are made so you don’t have to compromise on quality, saving you time and making it easy to eat healthy! With breakfast and lunch dine in or takeaway meals that are high in protein and fibre, we care about the nutrition of our customers and always strive to provide them with the best experience”.

Crudo on North Terrace is open Monday- Friday from 8am-3pm, and keep your eye out for their Pirie Street location.
