Adelaide’s culinary scene just got a little more enticing with TUTTO Cucina + Bar’s latest unveiling – a revamped dinner menu designed for the winter season. The Waymouth Street gastronomic hotspot has rolled out a range of warming, hearty new dishes perfect for the chilly weather.
Among the standout offerings is Gnocchi alla Sorrentina, a richly satisfying dish featuring ricotta gnocchi baked in a tomato sauce with a melt of mozzarella on top. Seafood lovers will relish the Casserece, often cited as the Chef’s signature dish, where tendrils of pasta mingle with delicate blue swimmer crab, heirloom tomatoes, and fresh herbs, delivering a burst of the ocean’s bounty with each forkful.


For those who appreciate robust, meaty flavours, the Pappardelle is a must-try. This dish encapsulates a perfect blend of pork and fennel sausage with silverbeet pangrattato, finished with a generous grating of Grana Padano. Not to be overlooked, the Osso Buco alla Milanese offers comfort in a bowl – slow-braised beef shank served alongside saffron polenta and crowned with gremolata pangrattato.
Another noteworthy mention is the TUTTO Stroni, a traditional Italian soup that promises warmth and nutrition with its medley of seasonal vegetables, beans, pasta, and rustic crusty bread. This dish, made fresh daily, encapsulates the essence of traditional Italian home cooking.

Dinner at TUTTO Cucina + Bar is an affair to remember, especially with their ‘Chef’s Feed Me’ menu. At $79 per person, guests are treated to a four-course, 7-tasting journey that spotlights the chef’s finesse and creativity. For an additional $15 per person, diners can upgrade to a sumptuous bistecca. This menu is compulsory for parties of eight or more and offers a 10% discount to Accor Plus members.
