Sydney-based Celebrity Chef Dan Hong is taking over Adelaide’s ShoSho!
Known for his modern and creative take on Chinese food, Dan is Executive Chef of multiple restaurants across Sydney such as Ms.G’s, Sushi-E, Lotus Bistro, Queen Chow, and Mr. Wong. His chef experience includes stints at places like Tetsuya’s, Marque, and Bentley.
He’s also had regular appearances on TV, written a number of cook books, and during lockdown in 2020, he did online home cooking tutorials.
He’s now bringing his super cool style of food to King William Road restaurant ShoSho for strictly one night only on Monday the 10th of May.
Dan will be whipping up a special six-course dinner with an optional beverage pairing package available.
There’s two sittings available, with the first at 6pm and the second at 8pm.
If you want just the food package, it will cost $150, and if you want the matched drinks package, that will be $245.
The menu is yet to drop, but given Dan’s pedigree, I think it’s fair to expect something pretty special.
It’s also important to note that due to the nature of the event, dietary requirements are unable to be accommodated.
