Dance under disco lights at your next Clubbercise class

The endorphin burst alone is something to get excited for. Classes like these prove that there is not one way to workout and release stress.

For those of us bored with conventional workouts and boring exercises, there has been an emergence of alternative activities that can be an incredible substitute.

Like most people, we don’t want to feel like we’re working out. Or at least I don’t. So if you are like us and don’t want to feel like you are breaking a sweat to the point of having to feel like you need a lung transplant, we have just the ideas for you.

Why not infuse the things that you would be doing anyway, but make it a workout. If you want to rave till your hearts content on a weekday, why not wear a sweatband and bring a glow stick. If you’re bored with your same flow for yoga, why not try puppy yoga or wine yoga? Or go for a run and enjoy a slice of pizza, Adelaide has you covered.

Or if you’re feeling a little frisky, why not go for a little boogie down Hindley Street on a Thursday night. Clubbercise Adelaide with Courtney is holding a class at Onyx on June 2. The event has all the makings for an incredible evening. A fun time out with your friends, dancing in the dark with disco lights and UV, glow sticks and awesome music.

The endorphin burst alone is something to get excited for. Classes like these prove that there is not one way to workout and release stress. It is not about the amount of weights you can lift, or the amount of kilometres you can run, it’s about how you feel and what you feel comfortable doing.

So if you feel like doing something a little out of your comfort zone, attend some of the incredible workouts that Adelaide offers.
