For those of us bored with conventional workouts and boring exercises, there has been an emergence of alternative activities that can be an incredible substitute.

Why not infuse the things that you would be doing anyway, but make it a workout. If you want to rave till your hearts content on a weekday, why not wear a sweatband and bring a glow stick. The endorphin burst alone is something to get excited for. Classes like these prove that there is not one way to workout and release stress. It is not about the amount of weights you can lift, or the amount of kilometres you can run, it’s about how you feel and what you feel comfortable doing.
