There’s nothing quite like a harsh winter chill to throw a spanner in your skincare game. Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered – cue your latest skincare obsession – South Australian brand, Trelivings.
Founded by Nigel Treliving in the 80s as a lifestyle and gift brand, the recently relaunched Trelivings (pronounced Tree-livings) brand has joined the ranks at parent company Cocco Corporation (home to premium brand Maine Beach) at home among the vineyards of Mclaren Vale.
Trelivings remains a family affair – with Nigel’s daughters Stanzee and Vianne coming on board to carry on their father’s work, with a brand-new look which would fit beautifully in any contemporary home.
“[Trelivings] has forever had a special place in our hearts and has been an integral part of our lives ever since my sister Vianne and I were children,” said General Manager, Stanzee Gunning.
“My father’s passion for the company has always been at the forefront and when I think back to the original Trelivings business, I always have fond memories.”
The sisters have certainly put their stamp on the brand; with their collective experience in fashion retail and marketing, they’ve created a luxe range of environmentally friendly and ethically sourced body care, skincare and home fragrance products – without the hefty price tag.
Not only are their products simply stunning with their sleek design and signature gold embellishments, but the team have partnered with Bedford Packaging Group, providing meaningful employment opportunities for people living with a disability.
Free from nasties such as parabens, sulphates and artificial colours, Trelivings pride themselves on working with producers to source the highest quality ingredients for their products.
Showcasing natural Australian ingredients, Trelivings latest Darling Jarrah Honey range harnesses the healing and antimicrobial properties of Jarrah Honey and vitamin-rich desert fruits to encourage cell turnover, elastin and collagen production to sooth dry skin and reveal a healthier glow.
Why not try Stanzee’s morning skin ritual to revilatise and indulge:
- After my morning shower, I generously apply our Body and Hand Crème all over – I love the way it infuses into my skin, leaving it with a beautiful delicate scent.
- I follow up by cleansing my face with the Jarrah Honey Daily Facial Cleanser. Thankfully it’s suitable for all skin types, including my sensitive skin.
- I complete my ritual with our Daily Facial Crème, which keeps my skin super soft – perfect ‘a la natural’ or under makeup.
- Bonus – during the cooler months I need a little bit of extra care, so I also pop our Whipped Body Mousse on my knees and elbows and find it super hydrating.
It’s also time to consider putting your best foot forward for the warmer months. Trelivings’ Foot Theory collection offers a simple three-step system to exfoliate, soothe and nourish your feet. Our pick is the Pumice Foot Scrub-A-Dub-Dub, with the refreshing addition of Tasmanian Peppermint.
The future looks bright for the family-owned company (and we’re not just talking about their glowing skin).
“It’s always exciting to release new products into the market and announce what’s next in the pipeline – stay tuned,” said Stanzee.
