Daylight Savings ends this Sunday at 3am

Daylight SavingsDaylight Savings ends this Sunday at 3am.

Remember to turn your clocks BACK 1 hour before you go to bed Saturday night because while you are sleeping daylights savings will end and we will all get an extra blissful hour in bed Sunday morning … more time to eat Easter eggs, hot cross buns, cups of tea and reading the paper! ahhhhh

For your information, following the April 2009 decision by the Government, the daylight saving period in South Australia is now from the first Sunday in October each year until the first Sunday in April the following year, on an ongoing basis.

Also the end of Daylight Savings is a reminder to everyone to check your smoke alarms and change batteries especially if you can’t remember the last time you did! This is a very important safety tip as we all know that smoke alarms save lives.
