Saldechin Restaurant and Bar presents a Taste of the Adelaide Hills, with a five course degustation dinner matched with five different Pinots from Whisson Lake Wines, on Thursday 26th August.
With the recent installation of an Adelaide Hills focused boutique bottle shop, Saldechin are looking to showcase different wineries at events in their restaurant and bar. The first of these is the degustation dinner, with a delicious menu featuring scallops with caviar, roasted duck breast in plum sauce and hand made gnocchi, matched with some of Whisson Hill’s limited release Pinot’s.
